Here Are Some Pretty Good Apps for Your Smart Phone . . .

Yes, Virginia, there is an app for everything, even your faith.  Apps are out there that replace your paper missal, contain myriad prayers, provide insight and education about Catholicism, assist you in praying the rosary, to name a few.  Heck, even the Pope has an app!  Have a look and see if you find anything that you like.  We list the platform that the person recommending uses, but that does not mean you cannot find it for your smart phone.  If you want to recommend a cool app, then, please, submit it by clicking here.

The Pope App for iPhone by the Pontifical Council for Social Communications.  Your way to all the information about Pope Francis.  This app allows you to follow his events live and to set up alerts notifying you when papal events begin.

VerseWise Bible for iPhone by VDUB Software, Inc.  The Revised Standard Version bible with the deuterocanon and notes at your fingertips.  Also, contains several different bible reading plans that remember your place.

Prayers for iPhone by DivineOffice.org.  2,000+ Catholic prayers in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, French.  Easy-to-use Christian Prayers database.
